Core Marksmanship Skills: Stance, breathing, sight alignment, trigger control, and shot analysis.
Discipline & Focus: Staying calm under pressure and performing with consistency in a competitive environment.
Teamwork & Leadership: Supporting teammates, advancing through ranks, and representing the battalion with pride.
Opportunities
The team regularly practices on campus and at sanctioned ranges, preparing for local, state, and national competitions. Gaither NJROTC is a registered member of the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP), giving cadets access to official events and the chance to earn awards and recognition.
